13. MULTI-YEAR PACKAGES AND TIERED PACKAGES
BookingPortal.org may offer users the option to purchase multiple medical certification consultations in advance through our Multi-Year Package program (āMulti-Year Packageā). A Multi-Year Package allows you to prepay for two (2), three (3), four (4), or more certification consultations at the time of initial purchase. It is important to understand that this package does not extend the validity of any medical certification or recommendation. You are still required to complete a medical consultation at each legally required renewal interval, as determined by the state in which you are certified. BookingPortal.org will send reminder notices prior to your consultationās expiration date.
13.1 All consultations purchased as part of a Multi-Year Package must be scheduled and completed in consecutive renewal periods, in accordance with your stateās regulatory timelines (e.g., annually, biannually, etc.). Failure to schedule a required consultation within three (3) months after the expiration of your previous certification will result in the forfeiture of any remaining prepaid consultations in the package. Prepaid consultations that expire under these terms are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
13.2. Medical practitioner availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. BookingPortal.org does not guarantee access to any specific provider at any given time. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of upcoming certification deadlines by sending reminder emails prior to the expiration of your current certification.
13.3Ā Multi-Year Packages and other prepaid discounted bundles are not eligible for participation in the Loyalty Certification Rewards Program. These packages, as well as Post-Certification Renewal Packages, are designed to offer significant upfront savings; therefore, customers who purchase them will not accrue credits or receive additional free appointments under the Loyalty Certification Rewards Program, regardless of the number or frequency of certifications completed.
By purchasing a Multi-Year Package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. No refunds will be issued for unused consultations except as required by applicable law.
13A. POST-CERTIFICATION RENEWAL PACKAGES.Ā BookingPortal.org offers Post-Certification Renewal Packages that allow previously certified patients to prepay for a bundle of renewal certification appointments at a discounted rate. These packages are designed to reduce the burden of booking and ensure continued compliance with certification timelines under state medical programs.
13A.1 State-Specific Use. These packages are valid only in the state where the initial certification was completed and cannot be used across state lines. They are not interchangeable between jurisdictions.
13A.2 Renewals Only. These packages are valid exclusively for renewal certification appointments and cannot be used for initial (new patient) consultations.
13A.3 Non-Refundable. Post-Certification Renewal Packages are non-refundable. Once purchased, the buyer forfeits the right to request a refund, whether in whole or in part, regardless of usage or changes in personal circumstances.
13A.4 Skipped Certification Period. Patients may skip one annual renewal cycle without forfeiting an appointment. However, all appointments included in the package must be used within ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Any remaining appointments after this period will be void and have no cash value.
13A.5 Non-Transferable. Packages are assigned to the original patient and may not be transferred, resold, or gifted.
13A.6 Scheduling and Use. BookingPortal.org will send reminders prior to the expected renewal dates. It is the responsibility of the patient to schedule each appointment within their stateās required certification window. Appointment availability is not guaranteed with any specific provider.
By purchasing a Post-Certification Renewal Package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
14. CONVENIENCE RENEWAL PROGRAM (Auto-Renewal Option)
The Convenience Renewal Program is an optional auto-renewal service designed to simplify the annual renewal process for some services that require timely renewal. This feature is not required to book an appointment, and you may proceed with scheduling without enrolling. If you opt into the Convenience Renewal Program by selecting the checkbox during booking, you authorize us to (1) automatically renew your subscription on your annual renewal date until you cancel, (2) store your payment method(s) and charge the then-current rate for certification every year upon renewal, and (3) process payments automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date.
Your payment method will be charged the then-current rate for certification renewal at each certification period, (based on the laws of the state where the appointment takes place: every 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years). If payment fails, you will be notified and given an opportunity to update your payment method before the subscription is canceled. Charges for auto-renewal are non-refundable once processed. However, if you cancel after the renewal charge has been processed, (1) you will not receive a refund, but (2) you may use the prepaid credit for one (1) certification appointment before your next renewal date. If the credit is not used before your next renewal, it will expire and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
You may cancel your Convenience Renewal Subscription at any time before your renewal date to avoid charges. The Renewal Subscription is not dependent on the initial appointment. If the appointment itself is cancelled, the billing agreement remains in effect until the customer actively requests to cancel the annual billing.
To opt out, contact Customer Support via the link in your Appointment Confirmation Email (for medical appointments, email: appointments_support@bookingportal.org) or submit a cancellation request here. If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your stored payment method will be charged automatically.
15. LOYALTY CERTIFICATION REWARDS PROGRAM (Medical)
Loyalty Certification Rewards (Patient Loyalty Support Program) is a BookingPortal.org offering that allows us to value your loyalty and reward you for choosing the BookingPortal.org providers for your medical certification. Thatās why weāve introduced the Loyalty Certification Rewards Program – Your 4th Certification Appointment is FREE!
15.1 Who is eligible to participate?
The Loyalty Certification Rewards Program (also referred to as the Patient Loyalty Support Program) is open to all patients who book individual, full-priced medical cannabis certification appointments through providers offering services via BookingPortal.org.
Patients may qualify for the program under either of the following pathways:
15.1.a Standard Booking Eligibility:
Patients who book appointments individually through BookingPortal.org or any affiliated partner websites using the BookingPortal.org scheduling system may participate, provided that:
Each appointment is purchased at the standard, non-discounted rate;
Appointments are completed without interruption (i.e., part of an unbroken certification streak as described in Section 15.4); and
Appointments are not part of any promotional offer, multi-appointment package, bundle deal, or discounted rate.
15.1.b Annual Rebilling Eligibility:
Patients who enroll in BookingPortal.orgās Annual Rebilling Program are automatically eligible for participation in the Loyalty Certification Rewards Program, as long as they:
Remain enrolled in the program for the full duration of the streak period;
Complete each scheduled appointment without skipping a state-required renewal period; and
Maintain compliance with the terms outlined in Section 15.4 regarding the streak requirement.
Both categories of eligible patients must maintain a consecutive series of qualifying appointments through BookingPortal.org to receive the free appointment benefit, as described in Sections 15.4 and 15.7.
15.2 Do I need to sign up? No extra sign-up is required.
15.3 Is it free? Yes, participation in the reward program is a 100% free perk – there is no sign-up or annual fee
15.4 Streak Requirement: To qualify for a free appointment, customers must maintain a consecutive streak of booking four (4) certifications through our system. The fourth appointment in an unbroken streak will be free.
15.5 Booking Frequency: Based on the state, customers may book annually, bi-annually, or once every two or three years and remain eligible for the program. However, skipping a state-required certification period will reset the streak.
15.6 Streak Reset: If a customer books an appointment outside of BookingPortal.org’s system or skips a required renewal period, the streak resets to zero.
15.7 Free Appointment Redemption: The fourth appointment in a maintained streak will be eligible for a refund. Customers must first pay for their fourth appointment at the time of booking. Once our system confirms that the customer has consecutively completed three prior full-priced appointments without breaking the streak, a refund will be issued for the full appointment fee (minus credit card processing fees). Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the fourth appointment is successfully completed.
15.8 Non-Transferable: The free appointment is linked to the individual who maintained the streak and cannot be transferred to another person.
15.9 No Cash Value: The free appointment has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
15.10 Rolling Eligibility for Free Appointments:Ā Ā The Loyalty Certification Rewards Program operates on a rolling basis, meaning that every fourth consecutive full-priced certification appointment booked and completed through BookingPortal.org will be eligible for a refund. As long as all certification appointments are booked individually at the standard rate and completed through BookingPortal.org without skipping a required renewal period or booking outside the network, customers will continue receiving a free certification appointment for every fourth consecutive booking.
15.11 Ineligible Purchases: Purchases made under discounted Multi-Year Packages, bundled appointment deals, promotional discounts, or any offer that reduces the standard per-appointment rate are not eligible for participation in the Loyalty Certification Rewards Program. This also includes Post-Certification Renewal Packages, which are priced as a promotional bundle and therefore not eligible for Loyalty Certification Rewards.
15.12 Changes to the Program:Ā BookingPortal.org reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
16. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, JURY TRIAL WAIVER, AND FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT REQUIRES THE PARTIES TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM BOOKINGPORTAL.ORG.
The āArbitration Agreementā section governs any disputes between you and BookingPortal.org arising from these Terms. It applies to all Claims, even those occurring before you accepted these Terms. If a Claim arises, you must first try to resolve it informally. If it remains unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator according to the American Arbitration Associationās rules for commercial arbitration. BookingPortal.org can still seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for infringement or violation of its rights. You can still assert claims in small claims court on an individual basis. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree to bring Claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator can award the same damages and relief as a court, following these Terms.
16.1 Class action/jury trial waiver. All claims must be pursued individually, and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding. Both parties agree to resolve any claims through confidential arbitration, conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. BookingPortal.org and the user waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
16.2 Pre-arbitration dispute resolution. Parties agree to attempt an informal resolution of disputes, and if unsuccessful, a written notice of dispute must be sent before initiating arbitration.
16.3 Confidentiality. All arbitration proceedings and awards shall remain strictly confidential.
16.4 Governing Law and Award. This Arbitration Agreement will be directed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration process will be overseen by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in alignment with the current AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and/or any other AAA arbitration rules deemed applicable by the AAA (known as the āAAA Rulesā), unless there are modifications stated herein. Any award rendered shall include a confidential written opinion and shall be final, subject to appeal under the FAA. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.Ā
16.5 Claims and Disputes Filing Timeline – Six (6) months. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any disclaimers in this agreement, any legal claim or cause of action related to your use of our servicesāincluding our website, mobile app, or any other service or contentāmust be filed within six (6) months from the date the issue first occurs. If not filed within this period, the claim will be permanently barred. This limitation applies to you, your heirs, successors, and anyone who may assume your rights.Ā
17. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms form the complete agreement between you and BookingPortal.org regarding your access and usage of the Site. You are not permitted to transfer or assign these Terms or any rights and licenses granted under them, without the prior written approval from BookingPortal.org. Any failure to insist on or enforce a provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such provision in any prior, simultaneous or subsequent situation, and BookingPortal.org’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a forfeiture of such right or provision. Unless otherwise stated within, these Terms are meant exclusively for the benefit of the parties involved and are not intended to bestow third party beneficiary rights on any other individual or entity. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms or attendant policies shall not be construed against the drafting party.
